My family missed the small changes—like slight confusion, a loss of appetite, and social withdrawal—until they became emergencies.

I didn't just see this struggle as a granddaughter; I saw it within the lens of a healthcare industry operator. After 13 years in healthcare consulting and 10 years leading Epic implementations, I realized this "visibility gap" was systemic. While care teams make critical life-or-death decisions, they often lack insight into the 90% of elder care that happens within the home.

Telly exists to be the bridge. We empower caregivers with a clinically structured home-care assistant that translates everyday observations into meaningful clinical insight, allowing care teams to intervene earlier and prevent avoidable readmissions.
