Our Story
Telly is on a mission to help our loved ones age safely at home for as long as possible by turning everyday moments into better care — empowering families and caregivers to share what they see, so clinicians can act sooner and with confidence.
Meet the Founder

Annie Yu
Founder & CEO
I founded Telly after watching my grandmother cycle in and out of the hospital—not because her doctors failed, but because the subtle signs of decline at home were invisible. Small changes like confusion, appetite loss, and withdrawal were missed until they became emergencies.
After 13 years in healthcare consulting and 8 years leading Epic implementations, I saw this gap everywhere: while care teams make critical decisions, they lack visibility into the 92% of elder care that happens outside the hospital.
Telly exists to close that gap. We empower caregivers with a clinically structured home-care assistant that turns everyday observations into meaningful clinical insight—so care teams can intervene earlier and prevent avoidable readmissions.
My goal is to keep our loved ones out of the hospital and help them age safely at home for as long as possible.
